Sorry, my situation is not the same as described by you.
I read all the posts about this problem being resolved with Types 2.2.5.
Till yesterday the image-upload was working fine. Now in all the forms I have the same issue and altough my site is behind 'Under construction' I have no test-domain or anything.
1. Please also try to check it by deactivating all third-party plugins (except Toolset) and switching back to the Default Theme (e.g. Twenty Sixteen theme) to see for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes?
3. Please provide temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP Login info) to your staging site.
Your next answer will be private which means only you and I have access to it.
=== Please backup your database and website ===
✙ I would additionally need your permission to de-activate and re-activate Plugins and the Theme, and to change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is really important.
✙ Please add the Links to the [CRED Form] Edit Screen and [Page] Edit Screen where you have inserted this Form.
Thank you. First thing I do is the switch to the theme 'Twenty Seventeen' and it's working again!! Also the links 'Add New'. Pffff, I used OceanWP Childtheme and this theme is recommended by you.
Well, now I can go forward.
Thanks again, have a nice day.

Hi Noman,
I still need help with this issue. It is not resolved. I use OceanWP and at first everything was working fine.
But yet functions like 'Add image' and 'Add Place' in the CRED-form are not working. I tried everything and it seemed to work, but that was only with another Theme. And I do not want another Theme.
I tried everything: disabled all Plugins, no. Tried different user-roles, no. Tried different Themes: the ones that work OK: Twenty Seventeen, Astra, Nirvana. Themes that do not work: OceanWP, OcenaWP child, Generate Press.
I upload a screenshot with text on it to make clear what is not working. It's about the page: hidden link
May I still make a WP-admin account for you, so you can look?
Hi this is the answer: I had a little script on the page in de sidebar, going to a newsletter mailchimp submit and in de code there was one little figure missing: this one : >
It broke the javascript I now understand.
