We're getting this PHP Warning in the error logs. I upgraded Toolset Views from 3.6.7 to 3.6.8 last Friday.
PHP Warning: Undefined variable $out in /home/markupan/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-views/application/models/shortcode/post/body.php on line 411
Hi,
Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.
Have you seen this warning in the error log only immediately after the updates or does it keep getting repeated still?
If it keeps getting repeated, you're welcome to share temporary admin login details, in reply to this message. I'll also need your permission to download a clone/snapshot of the website, in case it needs to be investigated on a different server.
Note: Your next reply will be private and making a complete backup copy is recommended before sharing the access details.
regards,
Waqar
Thank you for sharing the access details.
I've checked the website's content templates and the views, but couldn't find anything obvious that could result in this warning.
Do I have your permission to download a clone/snapshot of the website, to investigate this on a different server? Since it is a live/production website, it would be better to perform troubleshooting on the clone.
You have permission to download a clone/snapshot of the website. I updated the private note above with FTP access. Thank you!
Thank you for the permission.
During troubleshooting on your website's clone, I noticed the stray '[wpv-post-body]' shortcode in your WordPress Archives at WP Admin -> Toolset -> WordPress Archives.
( You'll find them in the loop editor section, right after the '[wpv-layout-start]' tag. screenshot: hidden link )
They have no function there and are causing this particular warning that you referred to. You can remove them from all your archives, to fix this.
Thank you so much for your help!
