This issue will be fixed in next release (Types version 3.0.3)
I am not sure why it is not in the known-issue page, as I know, our 2nd tier supporter has reported it to the compatibility project, but our developers said it is a Types bug, and moved it to Types plugin project.
I have tried the Types plugin 3.03 + GP Premium 1.6 with your database dump file again, it works fine, see screenshot GP-Premium.JPG, in case there is any other compatibility problem in your website, please try these:
1) Deactivate other plugins and switch to wordpress default theme and test again
2) Try to locate the problem plugin/theme in your website

How and where I can see the problem? please provide detail steps to duplicate the same probelm.
What kind of debug logs do you get when use above plugin? can you copy/paste the debug logs here?
