Hi Luo. i did try activate all plugin and themes and only activate toolset plugins, the error still there.
the only way it to de-activate types. and the error is gone.
my current temp solution is to deactivate type and do my work and once done activate again untill toolset side find a permanenet solution.
my theme is generate press child theme rename , nothing much changes inside.

I can not duplicate the same problem in my localhost with only your database dump file, even in your website, see it in your website, I have tried below steps:
1) Deactivate all other plugins except Toolset plugins

So is the post type "generate_page_header" created with other plugins? which plugin? Please provide a downloadable URL for it. thanks

I have tried the "Convert Pro" plugin with your database dump file in my localhost, it works fine there isn't similar 500 error, see screenshot: convert-pro.JPG
And I am downloading other three plugins you provided above, will update this thread if there is anything found
