I am trying to upload and intall plugis on my staging site with Blocksy theme .
I received this error messages:

Welcome to Toolset support. Thanks for the list.

These are deprecation notices, not errors. Nothing is broken.

Note the PHP 8.2.35 you quoted is phpMyAdmin's own PHP. These notices start at PHP 8.4, so your WordPress PHP is on 8.4 or newer. Check under Tools > Site Health > Info > Server. It's worth checking with your hosting provider.

Status:

- Blocks: the `MobileDetect`, `PostSearch` and `Toolset_Compatibility_Theme_Handler` ones are fixed, coming in the next release. The `OTGS_UI_Loader` ones are still open.
- Access: the five from `types-access` are in an open ticket.

To hide them meanwhile, add to `wp-config.php`:

define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false );
