Hi, is it possible to use toolset to let editors of the site bulk import photos, create galleries, protect theme with password, set categories and tags to photos, and let people view galleries, check favorite photos and zip and dowload all them?

Let me reply step by step

- let editors of the site bulk import photos, create galleries,

This is practically possible in the backend when you add images to the WordPress post body or when you add images to image fields with Toolset
However with Toolset you cannot bulk upload as each item is one image to be uploaded.

- protect theme with password,

This is not related to Toolset, as we do not offer password protection per Se as it does WordPress but you can for example hide images (fields or WordPress galleries) by wrapping them in Toolset access shortcodes, or html conditions.

- set categories and tags to photos

You can not control media natively this way, but you can either by controlling media with Toolset - or using another plugin from the WordPress repo that allows that

- let people view galleries,

You can create sliders with views that for example query the post type, where each post is an image of the slider.
This allows you to create galleries

Or you can display native WordPress galleries if you use them, in any post.

- check favorite photos and zip and dowload all them?

No, this is not possible without custom coding.
