Performing custom actions after user approval or rejection

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

after any new registration

if the application approved --> send an email notification with the payment link to the user.
if the user (paid in 3 days) --> activate the account for 1 year , after 1 year delete the account
else if (not Paid in 3 days) --> Delete the application after 3 days
else if (rejected) --> delete the application immediately

How can we do that in toolset? this because we don't want the users to apply a lot of time. We want the user to complete the payment or the application will be deleted.
