Well - I see I do not have access to plugins page. Could you please grant access to plugins page and I think I need network admin access details so that I can download your multisite install.
I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

Well - I tried to setup your site on my local test install but the thing is that database script is crash in middle of process.
Now, I would like to test on your install by creating new CRED user form to check with minimum setup but when I try to add new CRED user form it redirect me on frontend. Is there enough rights given to user toolset?
Hey. The backenduser "toolset" has admin rights. Remove the plugin "hidemywp" and setp .htaccess to original. Also you can use the standard toolset starter theme, cause i got there the same problem.
Hi, I apologize for the delay getting back to you. Minesh is out today so I will be taking over this ticket. I hope that's okay with you. I spent about an hour getting a copy of your multisite installation running locally, and I believe I was able to find the source of the problem here. Please refer to the following erratum:
https://toolset.com/errata/exception-fatal-error-failed-to-open-fieldclass-radio-php-shown-on-page-with-cred-form-shortcode/
When I followed the instructions for patching this issue, I was able to use the form successfully on my own local site. Please follow the instructions here to patch the fatal error, and let me know the results.
