Encuentraturerito-email.jpg

I have two websites very similar: Encuentraturetiro.com and Findmyretreat.com, with different domains, same server but different database.
In two websites, I have a user form to register.
My problem is sending email registration confirmation.
In Encuentra the user fill their password front-end and in the registration email appears what user has entered, but in Findmyretreat appears an strange code (it could be md5 wordpress password, I think).
How can I solve this?
