Hello
I'm trying to upgrade to new versions of Toolset.
From the dashboard Types I un updating correctly, but when I want to update the other components I can not.
You could tell as continuous. Is there an order of updating each plugin?
I could only update Types
Thank you very much - Jorge

Hi Jorge,

Thank you for contacting our support forum.

We are actually aware of this issue affecting some of our customers.

What I recommend that you do is to perform a manual update of the plugins by downloading the files and uploading them to your website using ftp.

You can download the plugins by going to the link below.
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/

Please let me know if this helps.
Thanks,
Shane

Thank you Shane:
I read somewhere that this was a way of proceeding

Please try it with FTP.

★ INSTRUCTIONS:

❌ Backup your website and database ❌
• Deactivate/Delete the "Installer" plugin (if you have it)
• Deactivate all (or the relevant) Toolset plugin(s)
• Login via FTP to your wp-content/plugins folder
• Delete all (or the relevant) Toolset Plugin(s) folder(s)
• Go to https://toolset.com/account/downloads/ and download the latest stable Toolset Plugin you need, then extract it.
• Upload the plugin via FTP to the wp-content/plugins folder.
⌥ alternatively you could upload the .zip file using Dashboard > Plugins > New > Upload

This should work fine.

Do you think right?
or installed directly over the installed
Not all is lost?

Jorge
