Hello, we have one page of a custom post type showing a 502 error but all other pages are working okay.

This particular page shows a long list of website links

Frontend page - hidden link
Backend page - hidden link

We have recreated the page and get the same 502 page.

Not sure what is causing this? could it be all the website links in one page?

Hi Leila,

Thank you for contacting our support forum.

Do you have access to the server logs for this site ? It could point us to why this is happening.

Please let me know.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Leila,

It seems your theme is throwing a fatal error.
PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_header() in /nas/content/live/biocitygroup/wp-content/themes/bridge/index.php on line 1

Could you try swapping it temporarily to a default wordpress theme and check the page again ?

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Leila,

Thank you for the information.

I need some background information on this.

Could you let me know when did this issue started to occur ? What was the last thing done before you noticed this.

Thanks,
Shane

My issue is resolved now. Thank you!

I figured out it was the schema plugin causing this.
