I am trying to: Submit a post

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link
page is controlled by access, use these log in details. which will let you submit a PIF form on the right hand side of the page.

{ access details removed }

I expected to see: The page reload with the new entry displayed in a view.

Instead, I got: The page reloaded but shifted 900px to the left, give or take. You can see in the attached image how the page displays before submitting and after submitting the cred form.

Hi Matthew,

Thank you for contacting us and I'll be happy to assist.

Sorry about the delay, as we had an unusually busy queue.

I have performed some tests on my website with a similar setup and couldn't reproduce this issue. It seems some code/script on your website is pushing the content out of focus when the form's ID is used as an anchor link.

The issue can be seen simply by visiting the following link directly:
hidden link

To start troubleshooting, I'll suggest the following steps:

1. Please make sure that the active theme and all plugins are updated to the latest versions.

2. To rule out any third-party code conflict, please test this with all non-Toolset plugins disabled and with a default theme like "Twenty Nineteen".

3. It is very important that all cache and code optimization/minification plugins are disabled, during this investigation.

4. In case the issue still persists, I'll need a copy of your website, where the issue is reproducible, for further troubleshooting.

Details on how to share the website's copy are available at:
https://toolset.com/faq/provide-supporters-copy-site/

Note: Your next reply will be private so that you can share the information, securely.

regards,
Waqar
