OTGS\Toolset\Twig\Error\RuntimeError thrown

This support ticket is created 4 years, 7 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Trying to access Toolset dashboard, please see what's happening:

OTGS\Toolset\Twig\Error\RuntimeError thrown
Failed to load Twig template "@types/page/dashboard/help.twig", index "": cache might be corrupted in "@types/page/dashboard/help.twig".

The site is set up (with previous version of Toolset plugin) and despite the above error message the plugin works as expected as far as I can tell.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

I checked the video you shared and I can see that you are not able to load the dashboard page. This is really strange as I tried to reproduce the issue where only Types plugin active and I tried to visit the dashboard page but I do not see any issue and dashboard page loads perfectly well.

What if you try to remove/delete the current types plugin from your plugins page and download the latest Types plugin from your accounts page and upload it manually using plugins page: https://toolset.com/account/downloads/

Sorry for a late reply. I followed the steps you described but I'm getting the same error.
