Number valdation considers .19 as invalid but 0.19 valid.

I am trying to:
Allow for proper validation of numbers less then 1
Link to a page where the issue can be seen:
It's behind membership site so can't be seen. It's any number field with validation.
I expected to see:
0.19 and .19 should both be valid (or any decimal number)
Instead, I got:
.19 is invalid

I checked and I confirm that I can able to reproduce the issue and I'll escalate this issue as usability issue in front of our Devs.

Please note that there is no ETA when the fix will be offered so for now I suggest you should go with value like 0.19.

I would like to update you that the fix will be added in future but currently there is no ETA on it.

You are welcome to close this ticket and keep eye on our block for latest release and check the changelogs for the plugin to know if the fix is added or not.
