I have an event type on my website that is for events courses. People can access these events and book them by filling in a forminator form on our website. The issues i am having are...

The form is displayed by a shortcode from forminator on every event page. If the event sells out they change the title to say sold out but the form is still there. They forget to delete to cod eon the event and people continue to book a sold out event. So firstly can i create a conditional field that will display the form/shortcode that can be contolled by a tick box or something when the event is fully booked.....?
Or even better, can i set somewhere a "number of places" option for the event that counts down based on a specific field on form submissions.... so if someone books two places it counts down 2 and when it hits 0 the form shows a sold out label and hides the form?

It has some conditional fields so assume forminator is best or is there a toolset form that would work better?

WOuld be amazing to get this fixed or even just know its possible or not?

Thanks as always

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Can you please show me from where I can book the sold out event?

Please share admin access details as well as any other user if required to book the sold out event and tell me what part of the page you want to hide after the event become sold out.
*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

The admin access details you shared with me is not working at this end.

I see on single event page: hidden link
- The form is presented by the forminator.

If you want any amendments with the form offered by forminator, you should contact the forminator plugin support as we do not know how third-party plugin saves the data.

You should check with forminator plugin author if there is any hook available that should run after you submit the form where you can deduct the custom field value. This is more belongs to forminator rather Toolset.

The thing is that - forminator offers you the form that is integrated with your event.

Toolset offers forms but you will require to check if using Toolset forms serves the same purpose when you are using the forminator form.

Please check and run few test to see if Toolset form serves and offers what forminator form does:
