Hi,

On this site hidden link, we have 2 publications forms : 1 for job offers/requests and 1 for business offers.

The form submitted are checked by an administrator before being published on the website.
At publication, a notification is sent to the person that have submitted the offer + a technical account in bcc (see capture).

The problem is that the wordpress user (communication@boci.org) that have published an offer, receives also the notification (in A).
(see email header).

We didn't found how to avoid this behaviour.

Do you have a solution ?

Regards,

Francis

Hello,

Toolset post forms won't send emails to other users which are not on the email notifications settings.

So the problem you mentioned above is abnormal, there might be other compatibility issue in your website, please check these:
Deactivate all other plugins, and switch to WordPress default theme 2021, deactivate all custom PHP code snippets, and test again
