It's your job and responsibility to resolve issues like that. I am not asking for custom code or to debug another plugin. My test site runs on a shared hosting plan, so no custom server configuration there as well.
I'm happy your other issues were resolved but regarding this notification its actually out of our hands as the setup isn't supported under our support so there isn't anything else that we could've done here, as i've escalated the ticket and we weren't able to find a solution for this issue.
