This WAS WORKING (I have never ending issues with Notifications).

In the Notification
<p>Dear [types field="first-name-listing" id='%%POST_ID%%'][/types]</p>

In email is now (instead of the expected results):
Dear [types field=”first-name-listing” id=’4958′][/types]

Code in the CRED Form

		<div class="cred-field cred-field-first-name one-fourth first" style='margin-bottom: 0'>
			<label class="cred-label">
First Name
</label>
			[cred_field field='first-name-listing' post='wedding-supplier' value='[wpv-user field='user_firstname']' urlparam='']
		</div>

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Well - this is strange. We do not have any user reporting such issue.

Can I have problem URL where you added your form and access details?

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I would additionally need your permission to de- and re-activate Plugins and the Theme, and to change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is really important. If you agree to this, please use the form fields I have enabled below to provide temporary access details (wp-admin and FTP).

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

Well - this is tricky. I may easily do a mistake. So I do not want to take a risk.

Could you please set up a test page with the form which I can use to test the emails with what email body content you want to test with. As well as please remove unwanted content that may send email. Just give me the clean page which I should be able to test email with the problem URL.

I've updated the private message re accessing form. If you can follow those instructions.

I've removed most Suppliers, except a few I know and should be OK. I would still prefer you ONLY deactivate the 'Disable Emails' plugin temporarily whilst you are testing and then re-enable when you finish.

Thank you for your help.

If you go to Tools > Log Emails you'll see it there (see screendump). Is it in your junk?

Many thanks, Lins

No - that email is sent when I try to send test email manually. So as you can see there is no post title etc..

I do not see any email when I submit the form. No emails in spam.

When I log into the staging site and go to Suppliers, you are not there. The form creates a new supplier's post. When you publish it you should get the email.

Did you mistakenly add to my live site? At all times make sure you are on the staging site.

I'm traveling at the moment so difficult...

Make sure you log in as a supplier, use the link in the private message to get to the form and add a supplier's listing post. Then login as admin and publish. You should get a notification. You might like to change the Users email address.

==> Well - I didnt touched your live site - just working on the staging site for which you shared the access details and unfortunately, the emails are not working.

I'm traveling at the moment so difficult...
==> Ok - let me know once you back.

==> I've changed the email address, even as I updated you, I've added another notification that should be send to my email address but its not working.

I'm already using supplier access details:
Login as:
ExpEmail \ password

I am back now.

Thank you for your help.

It's only when you Publish the post will it send the notification, but I can't see you've even created the post in the first place. This would have to be done - so that's why I was asking if you'd done that elsewhere?

I've just logged on as ExpEmail and created a new post (suppliers-profile/add-edit-listing - Another Test for Emails 8). Logged in as Admin and then Published it, and email sent exactly as expected.

I've left it there for you to see, and if you look at Tools > Log Emails you'll see email sent.

You'll need to delete the new Supplier's post I've just added (and remove from the bin), then you can add another post. Remember to Publish to fire the email. You might want to change the ExpEmail User's email address too.

Well - this is really strange.

I've added following shortcodes to your form's notification "Email to Supplier - business now live" and when I publish the post once submitted, I see the shortcode rendered just fine within the email body.

<p>Dear [wpv-post-field name="wpcf-first-name-listing" item="%%POST_ID%%"]
        === [types field="first-name-listing" item='%%POST_ID%%'][/types]
        === [types field="first-name-listing" id='%%POST_ID%%'][/types]

Could you please confirm.

#1123760

Sorry, you added those codes?

There were codes already there...? See my opening post.

Do you get Dear Minesh in the email?

Many thanks.

Yes - really strange.

I gave another try and with the minimum setup, I am not able to reproduce the issue.

I've setup email notification just like your form's setup. Please check following screenshot:
=> hidden link

And when I get the email - I get all shortcode working which is added to the notification body. Please check following screenshot.:
