This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Tell us what you are trying to do? I have had hosting and losts of server issues with them which caused a fatal error of toolset and lots of errors, they said it was toolset , so i deleted it , asked for refund, tried other plugins, got same errors, i yesterday changed to other hosting and installed the toolset that i had, but got refunded today. so i paid again just now for the toolset. do i need to download again and install? are they the same as the ones installed already on my website? as i would like to keep what i have made already.

I can't tell what you have or have not got installed, except I can say that Toolset Blocks is installed, because that is what is causing the error.

You should be able to go to Plugins > Installed plugins to see what plugins you have installed and active.

The error that you have shared, when is it generated? What page are you editing or visiting when you get the error?

dear,

i have installed types, blocks, maps, access and forms. i have those installed that i downloaded of my account on toolset. but i asked for a refund because i had errors but found out is was the hosting. so it was refunded then i paid again, but i have the old downloads before the refund on my website installed. when i paid again, , can i work further with the old ownloads before the refund, or do i have to download again? if i download again will i lose what i made, or are it the same downloads? the plugins seem to work except for the error.

the error came up when transferring to the new hosting. the error is only on the website, not seeable on any page to edit. the error comes when i open the content template i made in live preview. but the errors do not show when you edit the template. the error comes up when i do preview or go to my website. also i have in the view with into the content template one property two times in it, but it is not made two times. i only need it one time, but the "view with" selection button has made two of the same, that is maybe the error, i dont know. it is a full list of errors of the same error:

the toolset was installed on a domain name ( a trial name) on old hosting, i deleted the plugins on old hosting on wordpress and with ftp filezilla and got still errors of server issues of old hosting, i transferred to new hosting but plugins of toolset were not installed with the transfer to new hosting. when the website was transferred to new hosting, i installed the plugins before refund again on new hosting and then the error came up. the errors are not seeable in pages, only when you view online.

I was not subscribed to this thread, so I did not receive your previous replies. Maybe Nigel has received them.

The plugin's code is the same whether you download it before or after the refund. And deleting the plugins will not delete the data from the database. Once the plugin is installed again, you will manipulate the existing data as if it was not deleted before. Of course, different versions of the plugin have different codes. We recommend using the latest versions.

To better assist you with these errors, would you allow me temporary access to your website? I will also need FTP access to check the error logs. Your next reply will be private to let you share credentials safely. ** Make a database backup before sharing credentials. **

Can you also paste your Toolset Debug information in the Debug information field? That will provide details about your current server setup(versions, installed plugins, etc.)

I have deleted all the pictures of the silders and galleries of every property and also deleted from the media library and started again to upload the pictures onto the media library and into the gallery and slider. i added a few pictures to try and the error is gone. if the error comes back again i will reply to this post again.
