This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
Types shortcode does not display the field value.
Solution:
The client is using wrong field slug in the shortcodes, see the solution here:

Then click on a company - I used Barclays in the screenshots.
I have added opening hours to the new property claims section. In the case of Barclays this is 24 hours.
When I go to the new property claims accordion the words opening hours and the relevant time .e.g. 24 hours are not displaying. As far as I can see the fields are set correctly.
