This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
Don't see all custom fields from the Field Group 'Soort Organisatie' available as filters.
Solution:
It should be a cache problem, you might need to clear your website cache, and test again.

I am trying to: Use custom fields in Search&Filter pro

I expected to see: All custom fields from the Field Group 'Soort Organisatie' available as filters
Instead, I got: I only got a few.
I can login into your website.
I have tried these:
1) Create a new page, insert a new view block with custom search form, I can see all custom fields in the select dropdown, see my screenshot field-filter2.JPG

2) What is the Search&Filter pro? is it another plugin? can you provide a download URL for it?

Thanks for the details, I have tried the URL you mentioned above, I can see the option "wpcf-alu-type" without any problem, and you can find that option in the HTML source codes, see my screenshot: meta-key.JPG
