You can see the post I started here: https://toolset.com/forums/topic/unable-to-hide-my-pages/

The post was closed and here is my follow up email (sorry about the time it took to reply!)

I'm happy for you to take a copy of the site to try fix it, I've made a duplicate of it with Duplicator, saved on onedrive here: hidden link or you can get all the files from the zip on the server: hidden link (it will have to be re-installed with the duplicator two-aprt install, I wasn't able to do it with the one, even though the site isn't big).

Hi there,

A good example is this page, you can see that the main content is hidden, but even if the user is not logged in, they can see the image: hidden link

I tried the test of changing to the standard 2016 theme and de-activating plugins, and when they were switched off, I was still seeing the same.

Cheers,
Mhairi

Dear Mhairi,

Thanks for the details, I can see the problem in your website, I am downloading the files, will update this thread if there is anything found

access.JPG

Here is what I found in my localhost:
1) Import your database dump file,
2) Edit the post "Test post for competition results"
hidden link
in section "Post group", click "Change Post Group", Select existing group "Club Members", and save the post
3) Logout, test above post again, I can see the codes:
[elementor-template id=”2820″]
see screenshot access.JPG
Which is defined in the content template "Members-only content - content template":
hidden link

So the Access setting does work,

And I have tried below steps in your wesbite:
1) upgrade Types plugin to the latest version 3.0
2) Edit the post "Test post for competition results", setup the "Post group" settings
The problem still persists, it should be a compatibility/server problem of your website.

So I need FTP access to debug this problem in your website, please backup your website and provide the FTP access in below private message box
