Toolset - Access Level.png

I am trying to: Decrease User Access level to 4 from User Access Level 7

Link to my site:

I expected to see: Change User Access Level to 4

Instead, I got: User Access Level did not update and remained 7

Hi, can you tell me the following information:
- What is the role of the current user, "test_user"? What permission levels are selected for "test_user"?
- If you log in as a site administrator, are you able to update the permission level as expected?
- Temporarily deactivate all non-Toolset plugins and activate a default theme like 2017. If the problem is resolved, reactivate your theme and plugins one at a time until the conflict is revealed.

- What is the role of the current user, "test_user"? What permission levels are selected for "test_user"?
A - Custom Role created by toolset

- If you log in as a site administrator, are you able to update the permission level as expected?
A - No, not able to update permission level as administrator

- Temporarily deactivate all non-Toolset plugins and activate a default theme like 2017. If the problem is resolved, reactivate your theme and plugins one at a time until the conflict is revealed.
A - Performed above steps, still not able to update the access level.

We have set it up on our test website

Custom Role : manager > Change Permission > other capabilities
current level 0,1,2,5,6,7,8

if you dis-select 6,7,8 and save, changes wont reflect.

Hi, just a quick update to let you know our 2nd tier supporters have escalated this issue to our development team as a bug to address in a future version of Access. As soon as I know more about a timeline for the delivery of a solution or workaround, I will update you here.
