Tell us what you are trying to do?
I followed your tutorial on how to create a My Account Page and then have the Log-In form show up for those who are not logged in. Everything is working from a tech standpoint The issue I am having is that the log-in form shows up on a blank page in the upper left corner. The video tutorial shows the log in form showing up as part of the page (with header and copy). I can't figure out how to have the content template show up on the My account page like the video.
Is there any documentation that you are following?
Yes. This tutorial: https://toolset.com/lesson-placement/lesson-placements-1622969-1622351/
Is there a similar example that we can see?
You can click on this page and see what I am referring to: hidden link

This is the screen shot of what an user that is not logged in sees. I would like this to show up on a page with the header and footer.
Hi,
Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.
To troubleshoot this, I'll need to see how this account page is set up in the admin area.
Can you please share temporary admin login details, in reply to this message?
Note: Your next reply will be private and making a complete backup copy is recommended before sharing the access details.

Waqar
Thank you for sharing the access details.
I've noticed that on all your pages, the entire page's content including the top banner area (under the header) and the sub-footer area (right above the footer) is getting included as the page's content through the Gutenberg/blocks editor.
( here is an example screenshot from the 'My Account' page: hidden link )
But, the template 'Log In' that was set to be shown to the non-logged-in visitors, only includes the shortcode for the login form. And this is only what is showing when that template is used.

To make this easier to edit, I've created a new content template 'Log In - blocks', that uses a blocks editor and not the classic editor and it is now also set to be shown to non-logged-in visitors.

You can add any other content above and below this login form in this template, the same way as in your regular pages, to make it look more consistent.
I hope this helps and please let me know if you have any follow-up questions.
Hi Waqar, Thank you for your reply. I really appreciate your support!
Initially I thought the issue would be resolved by designing the content template with the Gutenberg/blocks editor. Just like I do with the pages. I added the containers/images/headers etc. When I publish it, the only thing that shows is the copy and the log-in form. This is why I am REALLY confused. Why are the graphics/headers etc not showing up in the content template? Everything looks good on the "pages" so maybe there is a bug with the "content template".
I attached two screenshots. The first is the image of the template you created (log-in blocks) with container/info box "log-in" that I added. The second is what it looks like on the front end when it is published. You will see only the log-in in type showed up in the upper left hand corner.
Help!
Thank you for sharing this update.
During further research and I found out that we have an open compatibility issue with the 'Spectra' plugin (formerly named 'Ultimate Addons for Gutenberg'). Its block styles are not loaded when used inside Toolset content templates and archives.
I've added your voice to this internal ticket too, but I don't have a time estimate to share for a fix.
For now, I've included a header banner in the same template using the Toolset blocks and it is showing correctly. You can use the same workaround of using only the Toolset blocks in templates like these.
