I've followed a bunch of resolved support tickets for 'no read permission' and I cannot get a custom page to display for when a user does not have access to the page. I tried disabling plugins. I tried using a custom template. I'm out of ideas. All I get is 'No Results Found' no matter what I do.

Hi Larry,

Thank you for getting in touch.

I'm not sure I understand the part "I cannot get a custom page to display for when a user does not have access to the page".

Can you perhaps explain the full issue to me so that I can understand a little better?

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Larry,

I understand what you are trying to achieve now.

Can you allow me to have admin access to the site so that I can have a look at your setup?

Please let me know the page you want to restrict as well as the page you want to display when the user doesn't have access.

I've enabled the private fields for your next response.

Thanks,
Shane
