No content in edit layouts for pages

This support ticket is created 5 years, 12 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to: Edit content on the page

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

I expected to see: the layout blocks with the content in it

Instead, I got: It looks like a blank layouts page. The content still displays on the site but I can't access any of it to do edits.

Hello,

Thanks for the details, I can login into your website and see the problem.

The problem you mentioned above is abnormal, please try this:
1) In case it is a compatibility problem, please deactivate other plugins, and switch to wordpress default theme 2019, and test again

2) If the problem still persists, please provide database dump file(ZIP file) of your website, I need to test and debug it in my localhost, thanks

But I don't think it is the problem you mentioned above, there might some other compatibility problem in your website.
