Ninja Form public link function not working

This support ticket is created 3 years, 2 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I'm getting this message "You need to select a layout for this page. The layout selection is available in the page editor." when trying to do a Public Link on Ninja Forms like this hidden link.

My thought was that we need to assign a Toolset layout for the Ninja Form previews which I expected would be a Custom Post Type, but that doesn't seem to be the case.

Can you help with this?

Hello,

I have checked the URL you mentioned above, but don't find any any forms in it, Toolset Layouts plugin was moved to legacy plugins, it is not recommended to use it in your new project.

And you are right, Toolset Layouts is for design the post/page and single post, you can consider these:
1) Create a new page, design it with WordPress blocks editor:
2) In that page, display the Ninja Form by following their document:
