I have a problem with user's registration. When they choose a plan from the homepage and then update their info and checkout, the order is placed and payment is handled but no account is created in the back-end and the new registered user does not receive any email regarding the username and password. That is because there is no account created to send out its info. I reviewed the settings and even compared those settings to the documentation you got online for creating membership. I didn't miss out on anything.
Is there any documentation that you are following?

I assume you are using Toolset user form to setup the registration form, please check the document you mentioned above:

section "4. Setting the Toolset Forms Commerce options to charge for registration".
According to the form setting, screenshot:

The new user will be created after the woocommerce order is completed.
If it does not work in your website, please check these:
1) In case it is a compatibility problem, please deactivate other plugins, and switch to wordpress default theme 2017, and test again
2) If the problem still persists, please provide database dump file(ZIP file) of your website, also point out the problem page URL and Toolset form URL, I need to test and debug it in my localhost, thanks

The front end works fine and redirects the customer. There is no problem visible in the front end after the customer checks out and payment is complete and redirected to login page. The problem is how will the user login without any credentials?
To keep track of this am using WP Mail Log, to track all messages sent out. Plus users section to track new created users. So am not sure which url in this case I can provide you.
For the forms, the user forms are
1- 50 YEARS PLAN MEMBERSHIP
2- ANNUAL PLAN MEMBERSHIP
3- DECADE PLAN MEMBERSHIP

The ticket is escalated and will be solved in a future release or erratum
But there isn't any ETA for it.
But I need this thing fixed asap since my launch has been stalled! I cannot wait forever, right? It was promised to me that upon purchasing the premium plan, my issue would get solved and it hasn't been solved yet!
