I am trying to:

Hi I created a vacancy post type with a new post form and edit post form. At first the forms worked fine as I was able to create 3 vacancies and were able to view the archive and single pages (single page template is created by Elementor).

However today the forms stop showing the content in newly created vacancy posts.

I expected to see:
hidden link

Instead, I got:

No Content

Please advise on the issue

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Can you please navigate to:
=> Toolset => Content Templates => click on "Usage for single page" at top => click on the button " Bind X Vacancies" and Bind 6 Services buttons and check if that help you to resovle your issue.

It seems to your existing posts the content template is not attached that is why you need to click on above mentioned buttons.

Didn’t work however I am now beginning to trap the issue.

If I bind the post to the toolset template it doesn’t show the content as I have built the post content template with Elementor.

Here is my question then.

How do I unbind posts from the toolset template and how do I ensure the post type uses the elementor template for all new posts created.

Keep in mind I only created the toolset template in order to build the cred forms.

When I unbind the posts will the cred form still work

Thx

I am not sure yet how you added the form yet but to unassign the content templates.

If you go to the single content template listing page:
=> hidden link
- You will see a button "Clear 6 Vacancies" like for every post type where, you should click that button wherever you want to unassigned the content template from toolset.

Hi

[SOLVED]

The solution in order for the elementor Page templates to take effect is to unbind or clear the posts from the content template. This will allow Elementor to be the main source for Page Templates

Thank you
