Tell us what you are trying to do?
I created a new post form and want it to be available publically via a link. Here is a screen shot of when I am logged in, I can see the form. If I am not logged in, it is hidden.

Is there any documentation that you are following?

What is the link to your site?

Can you help troubleshoot why i can't see the form? Need to be able to share this with doctors and professionals new to this organization, who would NOT have access to the backend of the website, but would need to fill out a profile so we can collect information to display a profile page for them.

Thank you.
