Hello Support!
Again, I am receiving popup error after submitting edit user form, but the form is executed what is visible after page refresh...
Also and again, I have some Error notice at the bottom of every edited Toolest window:
Notice: Undefined index: handle in /customers/1/c/5/geoproblem.one/httpd.www/wp-content/plugins/wp-views/embedded/inc/classes/wpv-shortcode-generator.php on line 949
I don't know if those two issues are related..
Thank you in advance for a help!
Sinisa
Dear Sinisa,
The problem you mentioned above is abnormal, in case it is a compatibility problem, please try this:
1) deactivate other plugins and switch to wordpress default theme, and test again
2) If the problem still persists, please provide a database dump file (ZIP file) of your website in below private detail box, also point out the problem page URL, I need to test and debug it in my localhost, thanks
And you are using beta version of Toolset plugins, there might be some bugs in the beta version plugins, it is not recommended to use beta version plugins in a live production website.
Hi Luo!
I found conflict plugin, it is a king of all WP conflicts, Jetpack!
What can I do? I need Jetpack plugin...
Error notice at the bottom of every edited Toolset window persists and it seems that is not related to Jetpack conflict!
P.S.
Please can you tell me how to download dump database, my knowledge about WP is limited. Thank you!
Or do you need my login data, so that we can speed proces...
Since it is a compatibility problem, please duplicate same problem in a test site, and fill below private detail box with login details and FTP access, also point out the problem page URL and CRED form URL, I need a live website to test and debug.
And there isn't any guaranty and ETA to fix such kind of compatibility problem.
thanks
Thanks for the details, I can login your website, please try these:
1) backup your website first, I might need to deactivate plugins and switch theme in your website
2) point out the problem page URL and CRED form URL, where and how can I see the problem you mentioned above:

Hello Lou!
1.The website is saved.
As I mentioned before, the problem is in conflict with Jetpack plugin which creates error while submitting cred form ( but the form is successfully executed, if you refresh the existing page you will see changed user role and newly inputted data.).
2. This is a problem with CRED form which collects additional user (business) data and changes user role from "contributor" to "partner" (user role change is provided by custom PHP code).
You can create your test membership account on this link: hidden link
Then in contributor dashboard: hidden link
, under tab "Partner program" is that problematic CRED User form.
(Submitting that form while Jetpack plugin is on, provides error message)
Please use Translation in right down corner to better understand the content!
An additional problem is error "notice visible" at the bottom of every edited toolset window (see the screenshots).
Problems are not new, so for better understanding see these previous threads:
https://toolset.com/forums/topic/creating-a-user-sub-account-inside-of-the-existing-membership-dashboard/
https://toolset.com/forums/topic/error-report-while-submitting-user-edit-form/
(Problems obviously are not solved, as they seem before!)
Thank you in advance,
Sinisa
Here are what I found in your website:
1) You are using Beta version of Layouts plugin + Views plugin + Types plugin, with stable version of Woocommerce Views plugin 2.7.6 , it conducts the PHP notice problem.
I have been able to duplicate same problem, will escalate this thread to our developers.
2) Since it is just a PHP notice, you can hide them by this:
Edit file "wp-config.php" of your website, add below line:
define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false );
And test again,

Hi Lou!
What I found meanwhile!
All my users' CRED forms create this problem (error popup) message if option "After a user submits this form" is settled to "Display a message instead of a form and AJAX submission.
In fact checkbox, AJAX submission creates this problem!
Can I fix it somehow before plugin update, or need to wait for a new update?
Regards,
Sinisa
Yes, you are right, disable AJAX submission is also a workaround too.
You will need to wait for new update of next Beta version of Toolset plugins, especially the Views beta plugin.
Ok! Thanks, I will mark this thread as resolved. If will be new bugs, I'll open a new thread!
Regards,
Sinisa
