[Resolved] Need to transfer license & keep my account

This support ticket is created 4 years, 5 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I’m definitely going to be using toolset for new projects and would like to keep my account with jim@thrivewebsolutions.com. I’d like to be able to access my previous questions, etc. I also need to transfer the license to the client. Can I do both?

Thank you for getting in touch.

Currently this is not possible, however our team is working on adding the functionality for such transfers.

Whenever the update arrives for our system then you will be able to transfer the key to your client's account.
