[Resolved] Mysterious error importing content through a third-party plugin

This support ticket is created 5 years, 3 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hi Joseph,

So your CSV file was created manually based on the template correct?

The issue has been identified in that the file does not have the custom meta "toolset-post-sortorder" attached to the imported RFG files.

This is the information I have so far so I'm still awaiting more responses from our 2nd tier.

The file was likely created manually, but I didn't create it, so I'm not 100% positive.

Thanks for the update. It sounds like you're getting closer to identifying a definitive culprit! Thanks for doggedly pursuing this.

Thank you for the patience.

This one might take a while to get resolved as our team has identified that the plugin does not export the "toolset-post-sortorder".

So this one has be raised as a compatibility issue.

I will keep you updated on any other progress but this is the latest for now.

Thanks for the update. Now that I know the issue, I may be in a position to correct this error myself.

The plugin vendor is also looking into this. If they issue a fix, I'll let you know.
