I am trying to: use a content template for my woocommerce products with keeping the header of my theme (X-theme pro)

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

I expected to see: My content template with my header

Instead, I got: my content template without the header

Hello,

I’m Mohammed: the Toolset support team leader. I’ll give my best to help you.

This seems to be a conflict with Toolset and your currently installed theme.Does this happen while the Twenty seventeen theme is active?

If this doesn't happen with the Twenty seventeen active, Please provide me a copy of the theme and the required steps to replicate the issue.so that I can replicate the issue and work on it ASAP.

I will set the next reply as a private one so that you can provide this information securely.

I will be waiting for your reply.

Thanks.

Hi Bruno,

Usually, this happens when the theme doesn't use the (the_content) function to display the post content.
But I can't confirm that before debugging the theme files and see the issue myself.

Please upload the x theme pro theme to an uploading platform and provide me the download link in the next private reply so that I can replicate the issue and work on it?

Thanks.
