[Resolved] My renewal?!

This support ticket is created 3 years, 9 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

For weeks now I've been wanting to pay upfront for my renewal of toolset.

As far as I knew I couldn't do this.
I look at my renewal page and it tells me it will auto renew in 17 hours.

I go onto my websites and it's telling me my service has expired.

I've been sat here for the past hour wondering why my maps plugin wasn't playing ball.

It's a little upsetting to be honest

It's also really embarrassing knowing my clients will see this and I look as if I do not pay my bills!

Are you using the latest version of Toolset plugins? Especially the Toolset Types plugin, you can download it here:
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/

If you are using old version of Toolset plugins, it might conduct unexpected result as the screenshots you provided above:

All plugins are up to date and there's no renewal option on the link you sent through.

My issue is resolved now.

However, speaking to my clients was rather embarrassing.

As you can see my plugins were all up to date
