Just creating a new test site setting up toolset. I can fill out the submission page, but nothing is showing after I submit.
I also want a featured image. Once it shows the content how can I arrange the way it is displayed. Such as image on right side and content to the left of it. Then it clicks on to the single page to show additional information, like my description and a pedigree chart.

Okay are the posts showing in wp-admin at all? Is there a Content Template applied to the posts? If so, what is in the Content Template? Have you updated your site permalinks?
I also want a featured image.
You can add a featured image to any custom post type. Go to Toolset > Post Types and edit the post type you want to add a featured image to. Scroll down to the "Sections to display when editing" panel and check the Featured Image option here to activate the featured image in your custom post type. To display the featured image on the single post, you can use the Fields and Views button in the Content Template editor to insert the featured image shortcode.

I'm not sure I understand what you mean by it clicks on to the single page. Can you show me in the browser? What are you looking at when you click?
here is my test site. It is my first attempt to create this by myself without help.

Horses For Sale Page is the one not working.
You should probably remove the cred form shortcode from the "Loop item in Horses For Sale View" template here: http://www.webscapes123.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=views-editor&view_id=6896
Anything you put in that template will be repeated for each post that is found by the View. Instead, you should probably move the cred form shortcode into the test page, either before or after the View: hidden link
I just submitted a test post and the Form seems to work as expected. I was redirected to the post, and the post is now visible on the front-end here:

On the backend it's visible here:

You have applied a Template Layout to all Horse posts. Here is the Template Layout in wp-admin:

You can see the Layout is empty, so the Horse post on the front-end is basically just showing the Horse name (post title). If you want to show more information from the Horse post Form, you must add that information into the Template Layout. You can insert Visual Editor cells and use the Fields and Views button to insert each custom field into the template.
At least I can see things now. I uploaded my view with some things I can't find how to do. Horse For Sale Content. Not sure what that is and I don't want it.
I actually thought I was setting up the site identical to this site that someone made me.
But nothing looks like it at all. The only difference is its for horses not dogs and I need to rename a few fields and Add the Pedigree Chart. Plus the image needs to be flipped to the right.
Any suggestions how to get it to look like this site? It is mine as well. hidden link
If I copied the site, where would I edit it how I wanted it to look? That is what I'm not understanding. I tried to rebuild this new site from that site, but nothing matches.
Horse For Sale Content. Not sure what that is and I don't want it.
Go to Toolset > Post Types and edit the Horses For Sale post type. In the Sections to Display panel, uncheck "Editor". This will remove the content entry area from the Horses For Sale post editor screen in wp-admin. You must also remove the content field from the Add Horse For Sale Form if you want to remove the input field from the submission Form.

There isn't one single place to make adjustments to the site design, it's a combination of settings, markup and stylesheets. You could begin by copying the theme, then making adjustments as needed in those theme files.
