I am trying to:
display a multiline as an unordered list

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:
hidden link

im using avada theme and used a text block and code block element with the following code

  • {!{types field='tasks' separator='
  • '}!}{!{/types}!}

I got the code from the forum where someone wanted to display checkboxes as

  • I expected to see: in the main task section an unordered list

    Instead, I got:

    Hi Waldo,

    Thank you for contacting our support forum.

    Unfortunately i'm not able to see the link that you provided.

    But I can guess that it might be your theme that is reformatting the unordered list.

    Could you try switching theme and see if the unordered list starts showing up.

    Thanks,
    Shane

    Hi

    No evan after i turn the theme off the problem stil persist.

    When reviewing the code I see the multiline field produces a single <p> with <br> every time you hit enter in the field text box when adding content.

    This means when you disply in the front end it shows up as image included

    Hi Waldo,

    Could you send me the code that you are using to generate this so that I can inspect it fully?

    Thanks,
    Shane

    Im using this code

    • {!{types field='tasks' }!}{!{/types}!}

    The example I got it from was slightly different and looked like this, but didn't work at all

    • {!{types field='tasks' separate='
    • '}!}{!{/types}!}

    This issue isn’t pressing and I may have found a solution, you can close this ticket and if I can’t resolve it I’ll come back to it.

    Thx
