I tested the URL you mentioned above, I can see a login window, but can not see the menu , see screenshot 2055.JPG, please check it.
And I suggest you check these in your website first:
deactivate other plugins and switch to original "Toolset Starter" theme, and test again, we need to known if there is any compatibility problem in your website. thanks
