Hello,
not all published Layouts are showing within backend.
Thanks
Gerdd
Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.
I think it's displaying correct results.
As you can see in your screenshots - its displaying total 6 layouts as published
4 is under = layouts is not being used at anywhere and just under that section you can see another two layouts, one under "Layouts being used to display single post or pages" and one under "Layouts being used as templates for post types. "
You are right. But I am not able to see the 4 layouts being used anywhere. Thats the problem. I can see them only in PageBackend under Page Attributes.
1)
I would like to know what is the version of Toolset family plugins you are using?
2)
Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins as well as the default theme to check for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes?
1) Attachment.
2) No conflicts with any of the plugins and themes.
*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.
I would additionally need your permission to de- and re-activate Plugins and the Theme, and to change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is really important. If you agree to this, please use the form fields I have enabled below to provide temporary access details (wp-admin and FTP).
I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
I checked on your install and I can see that it's not displaying layout under section 'Layouts not being used anywhere' but when I tested this issue with my test install I could not able to reproduce this issue - really strange.

[ check with default theme and only Toolset plugins active - test on different/fresh install ]
Also, when I logged in to FTP using access details you shared with me I do not see any files/folders. Could you please give me full rights with FTP access details as well.
I tried with the domain name you suggested for FTP but I have same result. No files/folders listed yet.
Is this your live site? Could you please allow me to activate/deactivate themes and plugins?

I would like to check debug log. Could you please give me full permission with FTP access.
I'm only able to access files and folders inside "wp-content" directory. Could you please make sure that you have given me full rights?
Please refer to the following image:

I do not see any FTP access details yet - could you please kindly resend it. Please make sure you grant full rights to FTP user.

Unfortunately still same issue with FTP - I can only access plugins folder. I would like to help you further but due to insufficient information I do not able to debug it further. Better you send me duplicator package and I'll report this to our next level support.
Could you please send us 1:1 copy of your site. You can do that by following next steps.
+ You can download the Duplicator plugin from here
=> http://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/
If you already know how Duplicator works (http://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/ ), please skip the following steps and just send me the installer file and a fresh package.
# Duplicator instruction
+ From WordPress plugin page, look for "Duplicator" and install it
+ Once installed, you get a new main menu "Duplicator"
+ Chose "Packages"
+ Click on the first button you find in the toolbar on the right ("Create Package")
+ Give it a name or leave it as is
+ Click on "Create Package Set"
+ Wait until the package is ready
+ Click on "Installer", then on "Package": the first one is just a php script, the second one is a zip file containing everything you need
+ Send me both files (you probably want to use DropBox, Google Drive, or similar services, as the snapshot file will be quite big)

OMG!!
It looks like a bug in the forum. I do not see FTP username and password on forum reply but when I edit your reply [the forum reply link you send to me] its displaying username and password there.
I apologise and would like to thank you as well, as with the help of you, we found one of major forum bug.
now, I debug using FTP access but I do not find any significant bug. Could you please send me duplicator package and I'll escalate this ticket to our next level support.
