I am trying to: Get Conditional logic working for specific cases. My programmers have tracked the issue down to a missing file in the plugin that is being referenced and causing errors. The file should be: wp-content/plugins/types/vendor/toolset/toolset-common/toolset-forms/classes/class.cred.php

We have tried re-downloading the plugin, but the file is still missing. We have tried getting the latest version from the site as well as by updating the plugin via the site.

Please let me know if we can get the missing file, or why the file is not present in the first place.

Hi, normally this happens when some Toolset plugins are fully up-to-date but others are not. Older Views, Forms, Layouts, etc. may contain references to some files that no longer exist in the main Types plugin, which results in the problem you're experiencing. My suggestion is to make sure all Toolset plugins are up-to-date. If you continue to experience problems, check to see if your site uses any caching plugins. Temporarily disable them or flush the caches and test again. If the problem continues, I'll need to take a closer look. Please provide a superadmin-level login so I can check the multisite network plugins.
