Tell us what you are trying to do?
Create custom archive page for posts that contain search within that category.
I don't see any of options needed. Seems to me to work in some simple version of editor?!
I don't see WordPress Archive block and similar blocks at all. No options to add search or anything...

Is there any documentation that you are following?
https://toolset.com/course-lesson/creating-a-custom-archive-page/
expected to see
https://toolset.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/toolset-wordpress-archive-general-options.png

Is there a similar example that we can see?
I have uploaded an image. Because this is an admin thing.

What is the link to your site?

Hi, the screenshot you provided looks like a Content Template editor, created in Toolset > Content Templates. Instead of going to Toolset > Content Templates, you can go to Toolset > WordPress Archives to create archives with custom search. Or from the Toolset Dashboard, you can click the "Create Archive" button next to any of the post types you created with Toolset. That should create the proper WordPress Archive and give you the ability to edit it in the Block Editor, add custom search fields, design the results loop, and so on. Please let me know if you have questions about that, or if it's not working as expected.

Thanks for your response. Some things are clearer but still missing something here.

Archive I have created was just like you said with "Toolset Dashboard, you can click the "Create Archive" button next to post type" and with edit I get to view-archives-editor type of page to edit archive in some configuration style. Today I have started from scratch and managed to get search in it too.
But I can get pages like from your example screens:
https://toolset.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/toolset-wordpress-archive-general-options.png

Not sure if this is valid example screens anymore.

I thought I will get to this screen with "Edit with block editor" button but this opens page I sent you screenshot and yes that can be Content Template Editor like you said because block with that button says:

You created this template using Block Editor
Edit with Block Editor
Stop using Block Editor for this Content Template

but I do not see how can I get to edit archive in environment like this from your picture:

Maybe the archive editor is still set to use the legacy editor experience...if you go to Toolset > Settings > General tab, can you take a screenshot showing your editor settings as in this screenshot example?

#2022277

Nope, legacy is not enabled.

In Editing experience:
Show only the Blocks interface

is set as option.

I have enabled to choose both legacy and block editor and after that I get Edit archive with block editor and now I have block editor as needed.
Thanks for your support! It look that I'm on the right track again.
