missing default archive .php file and create-archive button on Toolset dashboard

This support ticket is created 5 years ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

After creating a custom WooCommerce archive, I was unhappy with it and In a moment of insanity, I deleted it. Now my Toolset dashboard is missing the default archive.php and the 'Create archive' button under 'Front End - Products' (see screenshot). Can you tell me how I can get this back?

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

I do not know yet what theme you are using and from where exactly you deleted the custom archive you created.

Even if you are not able to see the button, you should try to create post type archive for your product post type from:
=> Toolset => WordPress Archives => Click on "Add New" button => Under section "Custom Post Archives" select Product and create your archive.

However - I still do not know why the button is not displayed. I need debug information so that I will be able to know about your current setup and what exact steps you followed due to that you do not able to see the "Create Archive" button.
