I have a custom user type (Amelia employee) set up in Access that's supposed to have access to edit one of our custom post types (inscription psychologues). But when I want to add these fields into a form some are displayed but not all of them.

I confirmed that under Access Control > Types Fields, it has both view and edit access checked for that group of custom fields. I also tried disabling all other plugins in case of a conflict.

Any idea what might be wrong?

Hello,

Your screenshots are not in English, it is hard to find the problem.

In this screenshot, it seems to be a Toolset user form
hidden link

In this screenshot:
hidden link

Is it custom user field group?
If it is post field group, then those custom post fields will not be able to display in Toolset user form.

If you still need assistance for it, please provide your website database dump file in below private message box, also point out the problem form URL and field group URL, I need to test and debug it in my localhost. thanks

Thanks for the details, please edit the custom user field group "Inscription Psychologue":
hidden link

click "Settings for Inscription Psychologue", you are using option Show for: Administrator
So this field group will only be available for user form for creating/editing users in role "Administrator".

If you want to display them for other user roles, please edit above option, enable other user roles.

BTW, I can not find the user form "amelia employee" in your database dump file, see screenshot user-forms.JPG
