[Resolved] Microsoft Edge users cannot access our site unless I disable Toolset Access.

This support ticket is created 3 years, 2 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Our site works fine for Chrome and Safari users - regardless of their role. Microsoft Users get a message that "There has been a critical error on this website." The only way we can fix this is by disabling Toolset Access.
Note: For the debug info below, I re-enabled Toolset Access. We also tried disabling other plugins. The only thing that fixed the issue was disabling Toolset Access.

My issue is resolved now. Thank you!
It seems that there was a plugin conflict with Shortpixel's Enable Media Replace. We have disabled this. Is this likely to affect others?

The problem you're experiencing is due to the issue described in our erratas page below.
https://toolset.com/errata/fatal-access-error-when-non-admins-log-in/

The enable media replace plugin is the cause of the issue and we've highlighted a workaround in the link above.
