Pre-sales I used a test site with a post type of town

The post metadata didn't show on the 'town'
On my live site the metadata appears before 'towns' & 'areas'

In Astra Theme Options I have disabled 'post meta info' but this has no impact. On the test site this was left as enabled.
Can you advise what I have missed please.
