I am trying to: install memberships reference site

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

I expected to see: the site configure and install like the other reference sites

Instead, I got: Endless 'configuring site' before finalizing. Then if I try to open site after this I get the database needs repairing - all I can do is delete the site and start over. I've tried about 20 times and it always stops at the same point. PHP 7.2, - fresh site WP 5.03 and default 20 19 theme. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. All other reference sites load fine following this process. Tried auto & manual activations, Woocommerce first, then last, even tried different sequences for Toolset plugin install and activation, especially the Framework Installer (first and last). Help please would be greatly appreciated.
