Dear Jean,

I can see below text in your screenshot:
1) Licensing
2) Contacting
3) Upload Docs

1) Licensing
Could you describe more details for the it? What kind of Licensing do you need?

2) Contacting
You can send email notification with CRED form, see our document:
https://toolset.com/documentation/user-guides/automated-email-notifications-with-cred/

For 3) Contacting ,
You can try with CRED + Type,
a) a custom file field "Docs" with Types plugin
https://toolset.com/documentation/user-guides/using-custom-fields/
b) put above file field into a CRED form for your user to upload document files.

Hello,

Thanks for your response. Somehow I do not think you received my entire questions.
I have added them below.

1. EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS - I want to send notification to MEMBERS - automatically - when new content is added to their member level.
IS THIS POSSIBLE?

2. Will have 7 MEMBERSHIP Levels - CAN the ADMIN change the USER MEMBERSHIP LEVEL (Role), at any time?

3. Per the above screen shot - CAN I create a WELCOME SECTION, for each member that displays a welcome message and some of their member profile information. Such as WELCOME BOB. Your info 123 Time St, New York, NY 111111?

4. Can each MEMBER LEVEL - USER LEVEL - Have their own landing page?
So after they login - they will automatically go to the landing page associated with their MEMBER/USER GROUP Level?

Thanks again,
Jean Johnson

Q1) Yes, it is possible within CRED form, see our document:
https://toolset.com/documentation/user-guides/cred-user-forms-email-notifications/
Setting up notification email to be sent to the newly created user

Q2) Yes, it is possible within Access plugin, see our document:
See document
https://toolset.com/documentation/user-guides/managing-wordpress-admin-capabilities-access/
section "Creating Custom Roles"

Q3) Yes, you can display the custom user fields value with Types shortcode [types],
See documents:
Adding Fields to User Profiles
https://toolset.com/documentation/user-guides/user-fields/
Displaying WordPress User Fields
https://toolset.com/documentation/user-guides/displaying-wordpress-user-fields/

Q4) After user login your website, you can redirect them to same page, in the target page, use Access shortcode to display different content to different user role, see our document:
https://toolset.com/documentation/user-guides/limiting-read-access-specific-content/
section "User Roles Capabilities for Post Groups"

Hello - I have more questions:

Regarding question #2 above - allowing the ADMIN to upgrade the user role...
I did find this:

With CRED User Forms it is not possible to change the role. Implications:
There is no way to automatically upgrade the subscriptions (e.g. from the Premium to the VIP membership).

Is there any workaround for this?

I really need the ADMIN to be able to UPGRADE the user MEMBERSHIP.
This is not a PAID membership plan.
Just different levels of membership to restrict content.

Thanks,
Jean

There isn't such a built-in feature within CRED form, but you can try with CRED action hook "cred_save_data", when you submit the CRED form for editing users, use action hook "cred_save_data", trigger a custom function, in the custom function change the user's role to specific user role, see our document:
https://toolset.com/documentation/programmer-reference/cred-api/#csd
