[Resolved] Maps don’t work fine in post backend

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:

The issue here is that the user's Toolset map field isn't showing the field on the backend.

Solution:
In this user's case they were importing the Google Maps API multiple times on their site which caused a conflict.

What I would recommend is to disable any plugin that is also importing the Google Maps API since our toolset plugin already imports it.

Tell us what you are trying to do? I'm trying to use maps plugin, but into the post editor, I cannot see the maps and the coordinates when I insert the address... But in the frontend, I can see the map correctly.

Is there any documentation that you are following? I don't know.

Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site? hidden link

Hi Francesco,

Thanks for getting in touch.

This could quite possibly be an issue with the maps API key.

Would you mind allowing me to have admin access to the site to check on this for you ?

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Francesco,

I believe i found the issue.

Its that the google maps API is being included multiple times on the page. If you're aware any plugin or theme that is also including the Google Maps Api of uses the Google Maps API i would suggest disabling it and then check again.

Thanks,
Shane
