[Resolved] maps custom fields

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem: How to "merge" the information of many Custom Fields Fields (City, street, state, etc) to the new Toolset Maps Address Custom Field

Solution: The current Toolset Maps plugin uses a single Field (Types Address) to store the Address.

If you have a existing database with the older setup (different Fields for street, city, etc), you can enable the Toolset Maps Legacy Mode under Views > Settings > Toolset Maps.

But recommended would be to use the new Toolset Types Address Field from scratch.

There is a possible Custom Code you can create yourself or by Certified partners, to update old Fields to the new Address Field: https://toolset.com/forums/topic/how-can-i-convert-my-old-types-custom-fields-to-new-address-for-google-maps/#post-354921

Toolset does not support this Custom Code and therefore it requires advanced PHP Knowledge.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to use several existing fields (street, zip, city) as an address for a map. I read this: https://toolset.com/forums/topic/combine-custom-fields-into-single-variable/ , but my fields are from an existing database. It seems to me that there must be an easier way. Can I add the fields with code?

Ok, Beda I dig it. Thank you for your answer. I will combine my existing fields in one address field.
