I tried to login to admin using the access details you shared but unfortunately the shared admin access details is not working at this end. Can you please share working admin access details.

When I checked the content template and the map's block, you did not configured the map's block correctly to use dynamic source, so I set the address field now. Can you please confirm it works as expected now.
